What would like to change about yourself?
I know, it’s a big question…I don’t even know where to start! I’d like to be a better listener. I’d also like to be better organized. I hate when I can’t find things. I’d like to exercise more and eat less…..and I’ll stop there….but I want to hear from you. What would you like to improve upon, what do you see as your weaknesses? Mitzi

Where do I begin?!?! I would eat better and excerise more (or some would even help!) Sounds simple, but those two together are just too much for my brain to handle on a day to day basis.
It’s easier to be lazy! I would also try to have more patience.

I would change my neediness - the need for approval;my need for food as comfort and security; my need to be perfect [which never happens, hence my need for approval of others and comfort food!]; most of all my need to be loved yet having a hard time accepting anyone would love me.

Wow! I can include ALL of the above on my list. I would like to quit making excuses for not getting healthy, by eating better and exercising. People who get cancer, or other diseases, don’t have a choice. I’m upset with myself, because I DO have a choice, and have made the wrong one! Everyday, is another chance, right?
I would also like to get up earlier and give myself some extra time in the morning before going to work.
I would like to get rid of the clutter in my house (closets, basement, and garage). I wish I was as organized at home as I am at work.
At the end of the day, I would like to feel that I made someone else’s day a little nicer.

Oh, to quote you.. where to begin with this one. There are many things I would like to change about my self. One would be the exercise thing. We all say it.. and it’s easier said than done.
Education..more education for me. After spending some time in Italy (as short as it was) it had opened my eyes to another whole side of many different things that had caught my attention.

It’s nice to know that others share some of the same wishes for change. Besides ALL of the listed changes, I would like to acknowledge every day all the long list of things I am grateful for and really am blessed to have in my life. Family and friends deserve to be reminded daily of how important they are and what joy they add to my life. Thus my biggest need for change….procrastination! I need to stop putting off ’til tommorow what I really should do today. Smile, the sun is shinning!!

The first thing I would like to change is the thickness of my wallet. More money makes more changes. I would like to help out those individuals that are less fortunate than myself. I may not be a rich person but I feel I’m rich in what I have to offer. I’m limited to what I can give, so the top thing I’d like to change is my money.
On a personal level, I feel I could use a change in my eating habits. I look to cook, bake and invent recipes and there’s this inner want, that I have to test everything I make. Thus, the thicker waist vs the thicker wallet.
I agree with Rae. I wish I could change my organization habits that I exercise at work with the ones I have at home. To be a better organizer.
My weakness…oh boy…..My biggest weakness is walking away from a good sale. I get totally out of control when a good sale is going on and I buy and buy. Even though I may not need what I’m buying, I buy it just to buy it. I need to get stronger in walking away from the good “sales”. Thus organization vs clutter. HELP!!!

WOW Mitzi that sure is a loaded question. I can say I am very organized, not a pack rat, full of energy probably too much as I have been told that if I dont slow down I will have no choice. Actually Mitzi too many to list, but there are a few number oe ones that come to mind. Can I have a new matabolism that works with my energy level, Learn to say “NO” at times, not worry so much wow that would be nice, know my purpose & worth in Life & whats chasing me. Ok I give, going too deep, but that was a great topic Mitzi really made me stop and think of things I really have to change and know I can but I am the only one that can. Amazing when you take a few moments to think what you come up with that really are there we are just in a very fast paced world and dont have time too. If we did, look how much better we would all feel by what the few of us just listed. Again Mitzi very good topic!!!
I know one thing for sure, “FUN & LAUGHTER” is the best medicine!!!!
